Established in 1971, Yamano initially was set up for manufacturing home hardware. Till 1988, the manufactory started to concentrate on bicycle frame fittings development.

In 1994, aluminum alloy was first adopted in house. Meanwhile, we introduced several advanced CNC machining centers and then focused on suspension frame fittings production.

Due to the huge demand of the market, we founded the other manufactory, Yamano Chen Hei Enterprise Co., Ltd. in 1999. Moreover, we began to develop forging mold by ourselves to fulfill our customers’ need.

We keep improving product quality and build standard production flow; therefore, we got ISO 9001 & 2000 certificate in 2008. In the meantime, due to customers’ strict request for processing precision and our consideration for costs, we have introduced five oil hydraulic forging presses with 3000 tons, 2000 tons, 1200 tons, and 500 tons.
